This policy applies to Kino (Android TV) and Kino Controller (iOS/macOS). Our apps are designed to work mostly on your device and local network.
We do not run ads, do not use third-party analytics trackers, and do not sell personal data. We only process limited data needed to run core features and unlock purchases.
If you use Sign in with Apple, we may store your Apple account identifier and purchase-restore ledger data so you can restore access across devices. This is used only for account restore and fraud/safety checks.
Payments are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play under their own privacy policies. Apple/Google may collect data independently; their processing is controlled by them, not us.
We do not sell data and do not share data with ad networks. Data is shared only as needed with Apple/Google for purchase processing and between your own devices on your local network.
Local app data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall. Account/ledger records are kept only as needed for restore and abuse prevention.
